If you are interested in being a vendor for the 15th Annual Arizona balloon Classic please complete the vendor form below for approval and we will reach out to you for approval

Location: Wild Horse Pass Festival Grounds – 19593 S 48th St. Chandler, Az 85226 – Gila River Indian Community
Dates: January 16–18, 2026 (Friday–Sunday)

 

Event Schedule

  • Event Hours: Friday, 1/16: 4PM – 9PM, Saturday, 1/17: 7AM – 9PM, Sunday, 7AM – 9PM
  • Morning Balloon Ascensions/Task Competitions: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
  • Evening Balloon Glows: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
        • All ballooning activities are weather-dependent. No refunds.

 

VENDOR REGISTRATION COST

10×10 = $515       OR        10×20 = $815

Please note, no power provided for food vendors – you must supply your own power.  Custom spots are available, please contact us for more information. 

Spaces and categories are limited.  Please submit application for approval.  You will be contacted via email with approval and payment processing.
