Stay on site across from Airstream Field, the balloon launch field.
RV space fee: $275 (5 days)
Included
- One designated 20′ × 60′ dry RV space (rally style) across from Airstream Field (the balloon launch field)
- Two All-Access Weekend Event Passes
- Access to portable restroom facilities
- Dinner (5–7 PM) passes to the VIP HUB, the VIP tent and hospitality area, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with food, drinks, and hosted bar
Additional All-Access Weekend guest passes are $75 per person and include meals.

- Payment
- After you request a space, we email you a secure payment link. Your RV space is not reserved until payment is received.
Cancellation & refund policy
- Reservations canceled on or before December 31, 2026 receive a 50% refund of the total reservation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations after December 31, 2026, including no-shows, early departures, or unused reservations.
- Arizona Events Group may cancel or modify the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather or public safety concerns. Refunds in those cases are at Arizona Events Group’s sole discretion.
