Event Hours:
Friday, 1/15: 4PM – 9PM,
Saturday, 1/16: 7AM – 9PM,
Sunday, 1/17: 7AM – 9PM
- Morning Balloon Ascensions/Task Competitions: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
- Evening Balloon Glows: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All ballooning activities are weather-dependent. No refunds.
RV Space Fee:
RV Space Fee: $275 (5 days) including the following:
- One (1) designated 20’ x 40’ dry RV parking space (Rally Style) located in the Southwest RV Lot “B” across from the hot air balloon launch field
- Two (2) All-Access Weekend Event Passes
- Access to portable restroom facilities
- Dinner (5-7pm) passes into the “HUB” VIP hospitality Friday, Saturday and Sunday includes food, drinks and event hosted bar.
Additional RV All Access weekend (guest) event passes available for $75.00 per person (Includes meals)
Arrivals – Wed 1/13 & Thurs 1/14, 8am to 5pm, Fri 1/15 by Noon
Departure – by Noon Mon 1/18
